All content associated with My show around town—including but not limited to audio recordings, video broadcasts, text, graphics, logos, images, music, compilations, show names, segment names, and software—is the exclusive property of A1 Business Experts LLC or its content licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public performance, public display, or commercial exploitation of any material without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

The content provided on My show around town is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. While we may feature interviews and highlight local businesses, community leaders, events, venues, products, and services, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any statements made by hosts, guests, callers, sponsors, or community members.

By submitting User Content to us (including by email, social media messaging, web forms, voicemail, or any other channel), you grant A1 Business Experts LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for purposes related to operating, promoting, and improving My show around town and our business.

You understand that your User Content may be edited for length, clarity, or formatting, and may be shared publicly. If you do not want your submission used publicly, do not submit it or clearly indicate restrictions in writing prior to submission; we may be unable to accommodate restrictions.

If you believe content on our platforms infringes your copyright, please contact us at compliance@drfaye.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (b) identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1 Business Experts LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use My show around town platforms or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A1 Business Experts LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content, (b) your violation of these Terms of Use, or (c) your misuse of our services and media content.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of My show around town after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
